Feb 28, 2021 · The radio was initially configured to the Japanese market but I had it converted to the UK waveband. It did not however show any of the radio station logos and I had to pick these off the internet and download them individually. They were uploaded to the car via a memory card then I further had to assign them manually to individual radio stations. Feb 10, 2014 · I was driving yesterday and after stopping at the gas station to buy some gas. I plugged in my bluetooth-connected iphone 3gs to the ipod cable in the glove box to hear some music. Then, no sound came out. I did a reboot on the MMI and still nothing changed. Aug 29, 2014 · Remove the two column covers (two long Phillips screws using a *narrow* Phillips screw driver, then the two steering column adjustment ***** (might be allen head set screws). At the point you should be able to see the two part switch assembly. Release. Disconnect wiring and remove from car and have at it.

Jun 21, 2014 · 2005 Audi A4 cab trunk radio wires broken. I have the common Audi A4 cabriolet radio wire problem causing no radio or satellite reception. I do not have navigation. The wires in the rubber sleeve or boot from the body to the trunk lid where the antenna is located are all broken at the trunk to body hinge point. It is important that the procedure be followed in the correct order. Turn on radio. The radio display shows "SAFE". Press the FM1/2 and DX buttons simultaneously and hold until "1000" shows on the display. Release the buttons. Do NOT press these buttons again, otherwise the radio will consider "1000" to be the code. Audi Help & Support | Audi USA.
